| what food or drinks are familiar to you but not to anywhere else? here we have a mexican soda called Jarritos, it is really good! plus we have taco trucks, which i wouldnt sugges unless you have a high immune system (or are a mexican) | |

| Yes they do. But you cannot understand Vegemite from a song. It is a black yeast paste, and extremely salty. If you can imagine anchovy paste made from bread instead of fish, I think it'd be like that. | |

| I've never heard of Jarritos. Is it similar to any other more popular soda like Dr. Pepper or Coke or is it a light soda like Sprite? We have a lot of Mexican restaurants and foods here, being so close to the boarder. | |

| it is like Fanta (which is also awesome) but it has a different taste from other sodas, a strong taste is the word that comes to mind. (jarritos means jar btw) | |

| Marmite!! Its the British version of Vegemite but does taste a bit different. You either love it (like me) or hate it (like my friend Tony) It has its own website too. | |

| Not many of you may know Slovakian national food Bryndzove Halusky (Potato dumplings-halusky with sheep cheese-bryndza), very popular for foreigners. Poppy noodles, plum knedle (balls) and many foods form other counties around Slovakia (poland, hungary, austria, czech republic, ukraine), and beer- pivo, wine- víno (slovenský- slovak bažant- pheasant bier, Tokai wine). I hope its good here. | |
